OK, so ep6 will be delayed until next week. I got rather tied up with a little family business. If you want to see pictures, visit my flickr page or read about it on my personal blog
This week, we’re including a video of the SF 10v10 DM event in our feed! We’re hosting the full high-quality video, but it can also been seen at MotionBox and YouTube HD.
There is no commentary, but sit back and enjoy some great visuals!
UPDATE: 1-19-09 16:38PM Eastern – I updated the video, need item in the feed folks. New version containing new footage!
Episode 5 is all about teamspeak chat. We have Fwiffo, HunterKiller, Kumquat, WiskyGhost, and ZDude. Special thanks to HK’s sister.
As usual, we have news and voicemail (and you gotta hear this one)!
NEWS:

More in two weeks!
Edit 1-31-09 – belated posting of EP5 transcript (sorry for my delay, Das got this to me over a week ago:( ), but unbelievable job for such JUNK that was the TS chat in ep5. We’ll refine that process and get a better way to do open chat.
This is Allegiance Sports Brief. Less than 5 minutes of news you can use from Allegiance. This Brief, Gandalf from Rolling Thunder gives us an update and his take on the first match-ups of the Allegiance League.
Allegiance Sports Brief - Gandalf on Alleg League Play [4:20] Play Now | Play in Popup | Download (899)Here’s how it works. We pick a hot topic from the boards. You send in commentary (emailed or called in to 206-350-0181).
On Sunday at 2pm Eastern (one hour before squad game time), we start a live stream (link posted here and at http://allegiance.fragfest.net just before show time) and play the comments. Then, using Skype and/or TS (experimentation and testing to be done), you “call in” and give your opinion which is broadcast over the live stream. I will comment (and be snarky, I guarantee) and then person #2 calls in and comments more, either on the pre-recorded commentary, my comments or the previous callers comments.
We record the whole thing and include in the next episode.
Our first try with this will be this Sunday, January 11th at 2pm Eastern US. I will announce the call in method prior to show time.
Our first topic will be: Limit noobs from the main game or not?
Allegiance community, are you ready for this? Show me by sending in audio commentary (or text emails, I can read too). Once again, the voicemail number is 206-350-0181 and our email is alleg@fragfest.net.
DasSmiter@RT is such an awesome guy. He has begun transcription of our ‘casts! Welcome to the team Das. I’ve updated the post for Ep1 (Interview with spidey) with the transcription. Future shows will have the show notes updated as transcriptions become available (hopefully we’ll get the mp3 to Das in time to have them ready on launch). Thanks again Das and hurrah for being our first staff member!
Episode 4 has been a while in the making. I want to thank Andon@RT for getting us the video segments for Faction X and the whole Faction X crew for their work. The new faction will be GREAT fun! Thanks to Bigrou@SysX for the video used for our highlight reel from the SysX/SF squad game from July 12, 2008. We also have some great news for you, as well as some interesting tidbits from the forums. We have a couple of voicemails too. Be sure to WATCH the voicemail segment, even though you will be tempted otherwise.
Don’t forget to call our voicemail line at 206-350-0181 or email your audio files to alleg@fragfest.net.
